Coconut Cream

Η coconut cream it is very similar to thick coconut milk and is ideal for cookery and confectionery. It is high content into a fat (about 20%). You can use it instead for olive oil on meal and mainly in Asian dishes, Indian and thai. In sweet, works as cream substitute and it can also be made into whipped cream.

Chocolate mousse with coconut cream
Ingredients:

• 400gr Royal Green coconut cream
• 3 ¼ tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tbsp black rum
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar or stevia
• 1 tbsp vanilla or cinnamon

Instructions:
We put her coconut cream in the mixer with the sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for 1 more minute. Divide the mixture into glasses and place it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Serve with coconut and fruit.
