Wash your hands carefully.

Wash the bottle, nipple and cap thoroughly. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave them covered until use.

Boil drinking water and leave to cool.

Follow the reconstitution instructions closely. First pour the water into the bottle. Then add "sharp" scoops of the milk powder. Use only the measuring cup on the box.
