Use

Before use: blow your nose and check that the spray works properly. Bend the child's head forward over the sink and tilt his head to one side. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.

Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
