Use
Before use: blow your nose and check that the spray works properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.
- Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
- Repeat with the other nostril.
- Blow your nose gently.
- Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry well.
*TIP: Make sure your head does not tilt back, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.
Recommended use:
In case of nasal secretions that are thick, sticky or purulent or in cases of crust: 1 to 4 sprays a day in each nostril.
In case of chronic nasal discomfort, nasopharyngeal pathologies and in cases of intranasal and intravaginal surgeries: 1 to 4 sprays a day in each nostril, if recommended by a doctor.
