The usual frequency of use is 2 to 4 times a day per nostril.
Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the vial.
- Blow your nose, if necessary.
- Separate a vial and remove the cap.
- Tilt your head back and place the tip of the vial directly into your nostril.
- Gently squeeze the vial to make a few drops, and harder if more thorough cleaning is required. Repeat in the other nostril.
- Wait a few seconds and then blow your nose, if necessary.
- If you want to use the remaining solution later, close the vial by pressing the cap on the neck of the vial. However, the contents of the vial should be used within 12 hours of initial opening.
For hygiene reasons and to avoid contamination, the vial should only be used by one person.

- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date which is stated on the pack, and for opened vials no later than 12 hours after the initial opening of the vial.

- Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not use a broken or damaged vial.
- No special precautions are required when using the product, according to the recommendations.
- Due to its cleansing properties, Otrisalin ampoules should be used first when using another topical nasal product (for example to treat colds or allergic rhinitis).
- Otrisalin ampoules can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
- This product is for external use only, not for injection.
