Use

Use: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules, 1 or 2 times a day after food (or as directed by your doctor).
Children 5-12 years: 1 capsule a day after food.
For people who are going to travel: 2 capsules a day after food, 2 weeks before departure. During the trip, 4 capsules a day with food.
For people taking antibiotics: 4 capsules a day after food, preferably at a different time than taking antibiotics. The treatment should be continued for 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic treatment.
