The childhood cold is  difficult and unavoidable situation and for the same child but also for him parent Η inability to breathe properly from the nose, causes discomfort to the child and the only way to treat it is nasal obstruction products, which you will find in a wide variety at PharmacyDiscount.gr!

Safety tips for using nasal sprays

Things that not must do when using one nasal spray.

  • Don't aim for your diaphragm

You never want to direct the spray into the nasal septum, which is the middle part of your nose. When you push a spray directly into the diaphragm, the force can damage the tissue and you can end up with irritation or nosebleeds.

  • Don't tilt your head back

Most products can be applied while standing up, so you don't have to tilt your head back. You don't want it dripping down the back of your throat.

  • Don't take a deep breath

If you suck the medicine down the back of your throat and swallow it, it doesn't have a chance to do what it needs to do - get into your sinus cavity. A gentle inhalation should do.

  • Don't blow your nose

It's tempting to grab a tissue after using a nasal spray, but try to avoid it. You want as much of the medicine as possible to stay in the nose and sinuses.

  • Do not share your nasal spray

To avoid spreading bacteria, keep your spray to yourself. You don't want anyone else putting something up their nose that just got into yours!
